Privacy notice

This notice explains what Proven Demand does with the details you send us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying with questions, preparing your Reachable Buyer Map, or telling you plainly whether we are a fit. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Proven Demand who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit or build a profile of you. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a file.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to amber.scott@provendemand.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.
